Work was carried out on the facade, roof, and windows and fixtures to improve thermal and noise insulation.
An 80 mm EPS SATE system was installed on the facades, the roofs were repaired with a double-layer membrane, and new rainwater drainage systems were installed.
Regarding the facilities, decentralized dual-flow mechanical ventilation systems were installed in each home, the air conditioning units were replaced with new, more efficient units, and the lighting fixtures were replaced with new LEDs with motion detectors.
Finally, a 92 kV photovoltaic system for self-consumption was installed on the roof.
