Revamp and extension of the outdoor facilities at Club Med Hotel

The contract is part of the re-opening project of the Club Med resort, located in the premises of the old Don Miguel Hotel.
The works developed include the structural reinforcement and repairs on the current structure. Main work units are:
- Works in central area (reinforced concrete structures and steel structure)
- Restaurant area (waffle slab and sloping slabs)
- Auditorium-hall (facade walls and structure)
- Helical staircase around the central pillar
- Loading dock (reinforced concrete walls, waterproofing and steel structure)
- Increased transverse stiffness through screens and reinforcement of existing columns
- Structures of the water tank vessel
