DESCRIPTION


The 100 MWe parabolic trough solar plant is located in Upington (South Africa). Maracof is the main civil contractor in the project, and within its scope it has executed the main buildings in the plant: 
  • Control building
  • HTF building
  • Electrica building
  • Water treatment plant
  • Fire fighting buildings
  • Pre-treatment water plant
  • Sludge plant
The activities carried out include the slabs, lining, enclosures, partitions, flooring, carpentry, plumbing and painting.
